After breakfast in Arusha, you will meet your professional safari guide and begin your journey to Tarangire National Park for your first exciting game drive. Tarangire is famously known as the “Home of Elephants” and is well known for its large herds of elephants, giant baobab trees, and diverse wildlife. During the game drive, you may spot lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, leopards, buffaloes, and many other animals gathering around the Tarangire River. After the game drive, proceed to your hotel inside Tarangire National Park for dinner and overnight stay surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness.

After breakfast at your lodge or camp in Tarangire National Park, you will depart for Lake Manyara National Park for a full day of exploration. Lake Manyara National Park is a beautiful destination known for its lush groundwater forest, flamingos along the lake shore, and the famous tree-climbing lions. Enjoy a relaxed yet exciting game drive through diverse ecosystems, from dense forests to open lake views, offering excellent wildlife photography opportunities and intimate safari moments. After breakfast, you will journey through the breathtaking Ngorongoro Conservation Area as you make your way to the world-famous Serengeti National Park, passing stunning landscapes, rolling hills, and scenic viewpoints along the way. Upon arrival in the legendary Serengeti, you will begin your unforgettable game drive across its vast, endless plains—home to an extraordinary abundance of wildlife and iconic African scenery that stretches beyond the horizon. Today we will descend 2000 feet (over 600 meters) to the floor of the Ngorongoro Crater for your unforgettable crater tour. Upon arrival, you will explore the diverse habitats within the crater, starting with the lush forest areas where monkeys, elephants, and other wildlife are commonly found. You will then continue to the lake area, where you may spot flamingos and other water birds, followed by the open savannah plains where lions, zebras, wildebeests, and other grazing animals roam freely. This unique ecosystem offers some of the best chances in Africa to view a wide variety of wildlife in a single location. A picnic lunch will be served at a designated site inside the crater, surrounded by stunning scenery and wildlife. After lunch, you will continue with game viewing as you gradually ascend the crater and begin your afternoon drive back to Arusha, marking the end of your safari experience in Northern circuit of Tanzania.
